  一、激发主动参与,发挥主观能动性。

  当今的时代是科技竞争的时代,而竞争的成败往往取决于人们的合作。一个人的能力是有限的,如果不善于和他人合作,将不同的知识加以交流、综合、提高和运用,就不能适应时代的发展要求。所以,小组合作学习是当今教学中的一种重要的学习方式。时下,小组合作学习正是进行素质教育,在课堂中培养学生合作意识的体现。这种学习方式为每个学生创设了表现自我的宽松氛围,使学生的思维显示出积极的状态,能较大程度地发挥集体互助力量。一位学生的发言往往会引发其他几位同学的思维火花,促使小组各成员从不同角度,用不同方法提出更好的想法,从而达到对问题的较全面、较深入的认识和理解。因此,教师在语言课堂上应积极为学生创设探讨、研究的空间。根据一年级的年段学习目标特点:重点是识字、写字。而大修订后的一年级语言教材,全册要求认识550个常用字,识字量大大增加。要使学生最大限度地提高识字效果,课堂上我鼓励学生用已经形成的初步的识字能力来学习生字,鼓励他们用自己喜爱的方式识字,采用小组合作学习加强同学间的交流与合作。如:《两只小狮子》一课,要求认识的字有咬、洋、呑、狮、苦、靠、扑等。学生通过分小组合作学习,探索识记生字的方法,有的人换偏旁认记“咬、洋”;有的从编儿歌法认记“呑”(“一口呑下天”或“口上有个天”)有的用组合法认记“狮、苦、靠、扑”等等。同学之间通过互助互补,既发挥了个人潜能,又培养集体、团体的合作精神,而且在合作实践中,给每一个学生都提供了成功的机会。课堂气氛活跃、轻松、民主、愉悦。可见,合理地、适时地、适当地采用小组合作学习,更能让学生在相互启发中共同探究、理解知识、提高能力。
